Chungha debuted as a member of a KPop group I.O.I after she finished 4th on the Mnet's survival TV show "Produce 101". After the disbandment of the group she decided to pursue a solo career under M&H Entertainment.
Her company took care of the fans by releasing a series of official Chungha merchandise that you could get online or at special events like fan meetings and showcases.
Those released exclusively for the online fan meetings such as Byulharang of Chung Ha Nation were available only through various KPop shops, since naturally none of the fans could attend personally.
The first Chungha's fan meeting in South Korea called Chung Ha'ppy Birthday Party & Fanmeeting took place at Yes 24 Live Hall in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul on February 3, 2018. The attendees were encouraged to also celebrate the 23rd birthday of the soloist.
The collection of 9 goods was available at the event.
The set of stationery including a ball pen, 2 pin buttons, mini banner, mini note. All comes in a pouch. You can additionally get a photo note that comes with three photos of Chungha. There's also a set of three L-holders that you can use to keep your important documents and other papers in order. Each of them has a photo of Chungha on the cover.
The set of pin badges consists of 4 badges - Chungha's cartoon character, a puppy, a piece of cake and a cupcake.
The set of a stick light - that you wouldn't probably call a lightstick - and three silicone bracelets with the word "Chungha" come in a transparent pouch with a moon logo.
The slogan is shaped a little differently than the standard ones we're familiar with. It has a pointy end and we can use it as a sash.
The postcard set consists of 30 different postcards and comes in a cardboard package.
The last items are a strap keyring with a small moon pendant and a free sized white hoodie.
After the release of her third album Blooming Bloom she decided to hold a showcase on July 18, 2018 during which the attendees could purchase a set of merchandise. The selection consisted of 9 items.
After the release of her third album Blooming Bloom she decided to hold a showcase on July 18, 2018 during which the attendees could purchase a set of merchandise. The selection consisted of 9 items.
The first one is a book with sleeves perfect to collect photo cards. Next we have not one but two free-sized T-shirts in a set (black and white) with the logo of the Chungha's official fanclub Byulharang. The third product is a paper frame with the photo of the vocalist.
The lavender diffuser can be a nice gift. It includes a bottle and four sticks.
The stick light and bracelets set, slogan, strap keyring, the stationery set and the badges are identical to the ones from the Blooming Blue showcase collection.
The last fan meeting of Chungha was called Byulharang Chungharang and was held - as the first one - at Yes 24 Live Hall in Seoul. It started on March 2, 2019 at 6:00 PM. The event was named after the official fanclub/fandom name Byulharang. The name was supposed to mean that both Chungha and her fans will be together and will shine like a stars.
There are 9 different products in the set available to purchase at the event. It is the latest collection of Chungha merchandise to date.
The first one is a new set of postcards. This time we will get 12 of them. The size of each one is 100 x 150 mm. A set of photo cards includes 10 cards with a photo of Chungha.
The keyring is a little bit different from the one from Ha'ppy Birthday Party & Fanmeeting selection. It has a round pendant instead of a moon.
This time we have one pin button available separately from the stationery set. We also have a black hoodie not the white as in the selection covered above.
The photo card collect book, slogan, photo frame and the set of bracelets and stick light are the same here as they were in the other collections.
The vocalist started her adventure as a trainee under JYP Entertainment. Then she left the company and joined M&H Entertainment. She participated in the "Produce 101" TV survival program and as a result of her hard work she finished in the top 11 and was able to debut as a member of I.O.I. After the disbandment of the group - which was expected of a temporary act like I.O.I - she debuted as a soloist with extended play Hands On Me on June 7, 2017. The title track was Why Don't You Know.
Chungha's second mini album Offset was released on January 17, 2018 with the music video for Roller Coaster. The same year she came back with another EP Blooming Blue and the lead song Love U.
In 2019 the vocalist released the new single Gotta Go for which she received her first won on the Show Champion music program.
