Golden Child Albums

There are 11 Golden Child albums released so far, including 2 full-length albums, 2 repackages, 5 extended plays and 2 singles. They came out under Woollim Entertainment, and were distributed by CJ E&M Music and Loen Entertainment (later as Kakao M). The members debuted with Gol-Cha!, their first EP, in August of 2017.

Gol-Cha! Mini Album

The debut extended play of the group titled Gol-Cha! was released by Woollim Entertainment on August 28, 2017. CJ E&M Music was responsible for manufacturing and the distribution. It is composed of 6 songs including the eponymous opening track, DamDaDi, With Me, What Happened?, I Love You So and Sea. DamDaDi was selected as the lead single. It was composed and arranged by Yeah Nice, Gavin and JayJay. It was the first and the last of Golden Child albums to feature Jaeseok, who eventually left the group in January of 2018.

Gol-Cha! reached number 3 on the weekly Gaon chart and sold 12,685 in August of 2017 becoming the 18th best-seller of the month. It sold another 8,341 units and retained its 18 position the next month. Additional 5,097 copies were sold in October.

The physical edition of the extended play is available in 1 version measuring 165 x 160 x 18.5 mm. The cover features all 11 members of Golden Child on both the front and the back. Inside the package you will find a white CD disk containing the music attached to the inner side of the front cover, a photo book with 120 pages full of interesting photos (160 x 155 mm), a randomly chosen frame card of a size of 86 x 55 mm (11 options), and 2 regular photo carda selected randomly out of 11 variants (86 x 55 mm).

3 different posters were issued for this release. All of them are of a dimensions of 770 x 520 mm.

Miracle Mini Album

The second extended play of the group titled Miracle came out under Woollim Entertainment on January 29, 2018. It was manufactured by Woollim and distributed by Loen Entertainment. It is the first album to feature Golden Child as a 10-member group. It consists of 6 songs - the opening track of the same title, the lead single It's U, Lady, Crush, All Day and I'm Falling. It's U was composed and arranged by Sweetune who also produced the first and the third songs on the tracklist.

The second of Golden Child albums repeated the success of its predecessor by reaching number 3 on the Gaon chart. With 32,009 copies sold it became the 9th best-selling release in South Korea in January of 2018. It sold additional 8,560 units the next month becoming the 24th most purchased album of February. It eventually became the 96th most popular release in South Korea when it comes to sales with a total number of 46,281 units sold.

The EP is available in 2 physical versions including A (blue cover) and B (green cover). Both measure 194 x 261 x 17 mm and come with a golden wrapper. Each version contains a CD disk in a white envelope, a 120 pages photobook (188 x 257 mm), a student ID card selected out of 10 different variants (86 x 54 mm), a random name patch with a name of a single member of Golden Child of a size of 70 x 25 mm (written in Korean except Y and Tag), and 1 random regular photo card added from a lot of 10 variants (86 x 54 mm). Only CDs and photo books are unique depending on the version of Miracle you will be getting. All other goods are the same. They are placed in special pockets in an inner side of the back cover.

Goldenness Single Album

The first single of the group and the third of Golden Child albums titled Goldeness was manufactured and released by Woollim on July 4, 2018. Loen Entertainment was responsible for the distribution. It consists of 3 songs including the title Let Me, If and Thank You. The lead single was composed and arranged by a South Korean production team MosPick consisting of Yeah Nice, Ferdy and JayJay. Tag helped with the lyrics. He also co-wrote the lyrics for If.

The single managed to reach number 6 on the Gaon weekly chart and with the sales equal 28,294 copies it became the 9th best-selling release of July. It was the 4th most purchased release of any KPop boy group that month after Seventeen's You Make My Day, NU'EST W's Who, You, and BTS's Love Yourself: Tear.

Golden Child Goldenness Single Album Cover

2 different versions of the physical edition of the album were prepared - A (red cover), and B (black cover). Both are of the same size and measure 254 x 225 x 18 mm. Inside the box you will find a CD disk in a jewel case containing a small logo sticker, a photo book with 94 pages of pictures (150 x 220 x 9 mm), a special ticket added randomly out of 10 variants (170 x 70 mm), 5 sheets of photo and logo stickers with which you can decorate your album (135 x 205 mm), and finally a random photo card selected from a lot of 20 different variants (2 per each member of Golden Child). The photo cards are of a size of 54 x 86 mm. All goods re unique in both versions of this Golden Child album except the stickers.

2 group posters were issued for Goldenness. Both measure 770 x 520 mm.

Wish Mini Album

The third extended play of the group titled Wish had its premiere on October 24, 2018 under Woollim. It features 7 songs including the eponymous opening track, Genie, Eyes On You, I See U, Listen, YTMOB (You Turn Me On Baby), and Would U Be My. Genie serves as the lead single. It was produced by Myo, Seion and Wooziq. Tag once again was credited as a co-writer.

Wish peaked at the 3rd position on the Gaon chart. With 31,028 units sold it was the 9th best-selling release of October 2018 in South Korea. It sold 9,828 copies the next month reaching number 33 on the list.

As usual, Wish is available in 2 different physical versions - A (white back cover), and B (orange back cover). Both measure 220 x 300 x 8 mm and feature all 10 members of Golden Child on the covers. They are composed of a CD disk in a pocket in the inner side of the back cover (118 x 118 mm), a 112 pages photobook, a booklet featuring a random member of the group (120 x 148 mm), and a random photo card added out of 20 different options (54 x 86 mm). The booklets are the same, while all other goods are different in both versions A and B of the album.

There are 2 different posters issued for Wish. Both measure 770 x 520 mm and showcase a group picture of Golden Child.

Re-boot Studio Album

Re-boot is the first full-length album of Golden Child and their first physical release after more than a year of hiatus. It's also their first release since a digital single Spring Again came out in May of 2019. The studio album premiered on November 18, 2019 under Woollim and was distributed by Kakao M Corp. (formerly known as Loen Entertainment).

Re-boot was repacked and re-released as Without You in January of 2020.

On the CD you will find 12 songs including the opening track of the same title, Wannabe, Lately, Compass, No Matter What (performed by Jang Jun and Tag, and featuring Joo Chan), A Song For Me (performed by Joo Chan), Spring Again, She's My Girl, Our Heaven (performed by Dae Yeol, Seung Min and Dong Hyun), Fantasia (performed by Y), Don't Run Away, and Go Together (performed by Jae Hyun, Ji Beom and Bo Min). The lead single Wannabe was composed, arranged and written by BLSSD. Tag, alongside Jang Jun wrote the lyrics of some of the songs.

The first full-length Golden Child album reached number 8 on the Gaon chart. It also was the 22nd release on the Gaon Monthly chart in its debuting month with 14,091 copies sold. It sold another 7,652 units the next month ended the chart at number 33.

The physical edition of Re-boot is available in 2 different versions - normal (group photo cover), and deluxe (black cover).

The regular edition is of a dimensions of 215 x 300 x 16 mm. It is composed of CD disk containing the music (118 x 118 mm), an 88 pages photo book (210 x 297 x 8 mm), a 28 pages calendar (210 x 297 mm), a special photo featuring a randomly chosen member of Golden Child with his signature on the back (210 x 297 mm), and a random photo card selected out of 10 variants (54 x 86 mm).

2 posters were issued with the normal edition of the 5th of Golden Child albums. Both showcase all 10 members and are sized 770 x 520 mm.

The deluxe edition is a little bit bigger than the normal, and measures 225 x 308 x 36 mm. Inside the package you will find a CD disk (118 x 118 mm), a 100 pages photo book (215 x 295 x 9 mm), a calendar composed of 12 pages with a translucent wrapper (295 x 215 mm), a special photo with a face and signature of a randomly selected member of Golden Child (215 x 295 mm), a set of 21 postcards in a paper sleeve (105 x 148 mm), and a whole set of 20 different photo cards (54 x 86 mm).

For the deluxe edition another 2 group posters were prepared. They are of the same size as those from the normal edition and measure 770 x 520 mm.

Without You Repackage Album

Without You is a repackage album of the group's first studio album Re-boot. It was released by Woollim on January 29, 2020. It contains all the songs from its predecessor alongside 2 new tracks including the lead single Without You and I Love You Crazy!. The first song was produced by BLSSD, while the second one was composed by Sean Michael Alexander and David Amber, and arranged by Amber, Avenue and 52. Tag is credited as a co-writer of I Love You Crazy!.

The repackage charted higher on Gaon weekly chart than Re-boot - on the 4th position. It sold 10,364 copies in its first month of the release and finished January on the 19th position of the best-sellers list. It sold another 12,589 units the next month and reached number 15 on the list.

Physically, Without You comes in only 1 version, in a cardboard envelope sealed with a sticker. The package measures 220 x 300 x 10 mm. Inside you will find a CD disk containing the music (118 x 118 mm), an 80 pages photobook with some beautiful pictures taken during the promotional photoshoot (200 x 280 x 8 mm), a special film card featuring a randomly selected member of Golden Child (71 x 93 mm), a set of 2 special posters including a group one and a solo one with a photo of a random member (400 x 560 mm), and a single random photo card selected out of 10 variants (54 x 86 mm).

Take A Leap Mini Album

The fourth mini album of Golden Child titled Take A Leap came out under Woollim on June 23, 2020. It is composed of 7 tracks including Take Off, One (Lucid Dream), OMG, Moment, Make Me Love, H.E.R and Pass Me By. One was chosen as the title track. It was entirely composed and arranged by BLSSD, with the rap parts prepared by TAG. The member also helped with the lyrics for OMG and Moment.

Take A Leap managed to reach the 6th position on the Gaon chart. It sold 31,306 copies during June of 2020 and was the 22nd best-selling release of the month in South Korea. It sold additional 27,127 copies and finished July at the 17th position of the best-sellers list.

There are 2 different physical versions of the EP available - A (white title on the cover) and B (black title). You can spot all 10 members of Golden Child on the covers. Both versions are of a dimensions of 220 x 300 x 9 mm. They consists of a CD disk in an envelope attached to the inner side of the back cover (118 x 118 mm), a photo book with 100 pages full of interesting pictures (220 x 300 x 9 mm), a special card featuring a picture of a random member and an autograph (54 x 110 mm), a phone strap with the title of the seventh of Golden Child albums and the name of a randomly selected member (12 x 230 mm), 1 removal sticker chosen out of 10 variants (30 x 60 mm), a special poster with a single member on it added out of 10 variants (210 x 297 mm), and 3 randomly chosen photo cards added from a lot of 40 variants (54 x 86 mm).

A single group poster was issued for this mini album. It measures 440 x 610 mm. All goods included in the package are unique to the version you will be purchasing except the posters.

Pump It Up Single Album

Pump It Up is the second single album of Golden Child. It premiered on October 7, 2020 under Woollim Entertainment. It is composed of 3 tracks - the eponymous title track, That Guy and Lean On Me. Pump It Up was composed and arranged by MosPick. Tag contributed to the lyrics of both the first and the third track.

The single peaked at number 2 on the Gaon chart during the week between October 4 and 10, 2020, only behind Blackpink's The Album. It was the biggest success of the group to date with 75,484 copies sold in its first month. It was the 13th best-selling album of October. 22,755 additional units were sold the next month. Pump It Up was the 84th most popular album of 2020 in South Korea, with the sales equal 98,239 copies.

It is the first of Golden Child albums to be released in 3 different physical versions - A (red cover), B (yellow cover) and C (white cover). The package contains a CD disk, a 60 pages photobook, 2 regular photo cards selected randomly out of 60 versions, and an AR photo card chosen randomly out of 10 versions. All photo cards which come with the album are of a size of 54 x 86 mm. There are 70 different sheets in total to collect.

This time 3 different group posters were issued for the single. All measure 610 x 440 mm.

Yes. Mini Album

The fifth mini album of Golden Child titled Yes. had its premiere under Woollim on January 25, 2021. On the CD you will find 6 songs including the opening track of the same title as the EP, Burn It, Cool Cool, Round n Round, Milky Way and Breathe. Burn It was chosen as the lead single. It was produced by Score, Megatone and Door, with Tag serving as the co-writer. He provided some of the lyrics for all the songs on the album. Breathe was later released as the second single, for which a music video came out.

Yes. reached the 2nd position on the Gaon Weekly chart (behind only Dreamcatcher's sixth mini album Dystopia: Road to Utopia). It also peaked at number 42 on the Japanese Oricon chart. It was the 9th best-seller of January 2021 in South Korea with 74,863 units sold. It ended the next month as the 42nd most popular KPop album with 11,713 units sold.

The Golden Child album is available in a large number of 10 physical versions. Each of them represents a single member of the band. It is packed in a black envelope so you cannot tell which version you have until you open it. Inside the package you will find a CD disk featuring a random member, a 52 pages photobook of the selected member with his picture on the cover of a dimensions of 150 x 220 x 4.5 mm (all 10 photobooks connect on the spines), a folded poster chosen randomly out of 10 different sheets (296 x 436 mm), a white fabric tag with a signature of a random member (90 x 50 mm), a special set of 10 photos (120 x 170 mm), and 1 photo card added at random out of 50 different variants (54 x 86 mm).

As usual, 2 different posters were prepared for the release. They showcase all 10 members of Golden Child and are of a size of 610 x 440 mm.

Game Changer Studio Album

The second full-length album of Golden Child after Re-boot was Game Changer. It was released by Woollim on August 2, 2021. On the CD you will find 11 songs including the opening track of the same title, Ra Pam Pam, Bottom of the Ocean, Fanfare, Singing in the Rain (performed by Joo Chan and Bo Min), Game (performed by Tag and Ji Beom), Spell, Out the Window (performed by Dae Yeol), Poppin (performed by Y and Jang Jun), That Feeling (performed by Seung Min, Dong Hyun and Jae Hyun), and I Know. Ra Pam Pam was chosen as the main track.

The album did extremely well on the weekly Gaon chart reaching the 2nd position. It sold a total number of 148,177 copies during August of 2021 and was the 7th best-selling record of the month in South Korea. It sold 148,177 units by the end of 2021 and became the 71st most popular album of the year when it comes to sales, and the second release of Golden Child on the list after Yes..

The physical edition of Game Changer is available in 3 different normal versions including A, B and C, and 1 limited edition version.

The regular edition measures 150 x 220 mm and consists of a CD disk, a 68 pages photobook, 2 photo cards included randomly from a lot of 100 unique variants, a larger transparent photo card added at random out of 10 sheets (150 x 100 mm), and an accordion postcard.

There are 3 different posters issued for this record. All depict the members of Golden Child and measure 770 x 520 mm.

The limited edition is composed of a CD disk in an envelope, a rather large photobook containing 204 pages of pictures, a guarantee card of a size of 54 x 86 mm, a set of 11 mini posters measuring 160 x 210 mm, a mini poster frame sized 165 x 215 mm, a set of 10 photo cards, 10 photo card stickers in a set, and finally an accordion postcard.

Once again 3 unique posters were prepared for this version. They are of the same size as those included with the normal edition.

Ddara Repackage Album

The repackage of Game Changer titled Ddara came out on October 5, 2021. It contains all the songs available on its predecessor and 2 new tracks including the lead single of the same name, and Oasis.

The album reached number 12 on the Gaon weekly chart. With the sales equal 37,927 copies it was the 22nd biggest-seller of October of 2021. 4,505 additional units were sold the following month.

The repackage is available in 2 physical versions including A (white cover) and B (black cover). Inside the package you will find a CD disk, a 76 pages booklet, 2 photo cards selected from a lot of 50 mm, 1 film photo chosen out of 10 unique variants, and 1 special card of a size of 60 x 120 mm.

There are 4 different posters issued for Ddara. That includes 2 larger (610 x 440 mm) and 2 smaller (210 x 297 mm). The first press copies of the album came with a randomly chosen larger poster, and both smaller combined into a single set.
