NU'EST Albums

There are 16 NU'EST albums available - 2 studio albums, 11 extended plays, 2 singles (including 1 special), and 1 compilation album. That includes 3 EPs of NU'EST W. All of them came out under Pledis Entertainment. 2 of the group's releases - Who, You (NU'EST W) and Happily Ever After sold more than 250,000 copies and were certified Platinum by Korea Music Content Association. All latest physical editions of the group (starting with Wake, N) were released also in a Kihno format.

The majority of the group's albums were produced by a South Korean singer and composer Bumzu, and Baekho.

Face Single Album

The debut single album of NU'EST had its premiere on March 15, 2012 under Pledis, and was manufactured by Seoul Media, Inc. Loen Entertainment provided the distribution. It consists of 3 tracks including NU, Establish, Style, Tempo, Face and I'm Sorry. The title song named after the single was composed by Daniel Barkman, arranged by Lee Yoojin and wrote by Jang Jiwon.

The first of NU'EST albums debuted at number 13 on the weekly Gaon chart (between March 25 and 31), but climbed up to the eight position a week later. It sold 6,462 units in March 2012 reaching number 11 on the monthly Gaon chart. It sold another 6,704 copies next month. It was the 64th most purchased release in South Korea in 2012 with the sales equal 23,108 copies.

The physical edition of Face is composed of a CD disk with the music, a photobook with some fold out pages, and 1 photo card showcasing a random member of NU'EST.

Action Mini Album

The group's first extended play came out on July 11, 2012 under Pledis Entertainment and was distributed by Loen Entertainment. On the CD you will find 4 tracks including the lead single of the same name as the EP, Not Over You, Sandy and Happy Birthday (performed by Baekho).

Action reached number 4 on the Gaon Weekly Chart, and sold 15,564 copies during its first month of the release ending the month on 8th position. It eventually became the 73rd best-selling release of 2012 with a total number of 20,770 units sold.

It is worth noting that Action re-entered the monthly Gaon chart (at 52nd position) in May of 2017, alongside 4 other NU'EST albums - Q Is, Re:Birth, Sleep Talking and Canvas.

Action comes in a photobook form with a CD disk attached to the inner side of the back cover, the photobook itself, containing 2 fold out pages, and 1 random photo card chosen out of 10 variants (2 per each member of NU'EST).

Hello Mini Album

The third of NU'EST albums (and the second EP) was released by Pledis on February 13, 2013. It consists of 5 songs including the title track of the same name, Hello Hello, The Girl Next Door, A Little Bit More (with Yoon Han), and Beautiful Solo. The lead single was produced by Son Ju Yeong, Hyun Jae Wook and Kim Tae Hoon. Son wrote the lyrics.

Hello reached top 3 on the weekly Gaon chart (behind B.A.P's One Shot and SHINee's Dream Girl - The Misconceptions Of You). It sold 9,199 in February becoming the 9th most purchased album of the month in South Korea. With the total sales of 14,249 units in 2013, it was the 95th best-seller of the year.

NU'EST Hello Mini Album Cover

The mini album is available in 2 versions - normal and special edition.

The regular version showcases all members on the front cover and is composed of a CD disk with the music, a photobook with beautiful pictures, and 1 photo card with a single member (10 options, 2 per each member).

The special edition of this NU'EST album has a pink cover featuring the logo of NU'EST instead of the members, and comes with a big slip case. With this version you will get the complete normal version of Hello, a bonus DVD disk with some video content, and a really big and thick photobook, which is a real treat to all fans.

Sleep Talking Mini Album

Sleep Talking is the third extended play and the fourth of NU'EST albums. It came out on August 22, 2013 under Pledis, and features 6 tracks - the lead single of the same name, Beautiful Ghost, Pretty (with a then-member of Hello Venus, Yoo Ara), Fine Girl, Love You More and Please Don't.

The main track was composed by a producing duo Duble Sidekick (Park Janggeun and Chancellor). The duo - alongside David Kim - wrote the lyrics.

NU'EST Sleep Talking Mini Album Cover

Sleep Talking peaked at the 8th position on the Gaon weekly chart, and eventually sold 11,935 units in August, reaching number 15 on the best-sellers list that month.

The physical edition has the same design as the previous NU'EST albums. It is composed of a CD disk, a photobook, and a single photo card selected at random out of 5 variants.

You could also get a special set of 5 high quality pictures if you ordered a signed copy of the EP from the Soompi Shop. This was a limited quantity deal, only 400 units were prepared.

Re:Birth Studio Album

The first full-length NU'EST album premiered on July 9, 2014 under Pledis Entertainment and was distributed by XX.

It consists of 12 songs including Judgement, Big Deal, Good Bye Bye, Darkness, Storybook, Climax, Give Me a Shoulder, three previously released singles Face, Action, Hello and Sleep Talking, and 1 bonus track available only on the physical edition - Hey, Love.

NU'EST Re:Birth Studio Album Cover

Good Bye Bye was chosen as the main song. It was composed by Kim Taeseong, Casper and Cha Cha Malone, the flagship producer of Jay Park's record label AOMG. Kye Bumzu provided the lyrics. JR was credited as a co-writer of Darkness, Climax and Give Me a Shoulder, for providing the rap parts.

The NU'EST album charted at number 5 on the weekly Gaon chart. It was the 13th best-selling release of July 2014 in Korea.

Re:Birth is available in 1 version, similar to all previous NU'EST albums, and comes with a dust jacket. The jacket features a random member of the group on the inner side. The studio album is composed of a CD disk in a green envelope glued to the back cover, a photobook with some interesting pictures, and 1 postcard added randomly out of 5 variants. No photo cards are included with this release.

I'm Bad Special Single Album

The first single album of NU'EST came out on February 27, 2015 digitally and on March 15 physically. It was released by Pledis to commemorate the group's third anniversary of the debut. The group debuted on March 15, 2012. Baekho's vocal is not featured on the release, although he is showcased on the photos in the physical edition. He was pausing due to his problems with vocal nodules.

NU'EST I'm Bad Special Single Album Cover

On this NU'EST album you will find 2 tracks - the main song of the same title as the single, and A Scene Without You. I'm Bad was produced entirely by Lishbeats and Esbee.

The physical edition was limited to only 5,000 units. It is the most difficult of NU'EST albums to get. It is composed of a white CD disk containing 2 songs, a photobook, and a very nice gift - a photo of a single member and signed by him.

Q Is Mini Album

After almost two years the group came back with another extended play titled Q Is. It was released by Pledis on February 17, 2016, while Loen was once again the distributor.

It's the first part of the "Knights searching for the Queen" series of albums.

NU'EST Q Is Mini Album Cover

The seventh of NU'EST albums consists of 5 songs including Lost & Found, Overcome, VVith, Emotion and One Kis2. The lead single Overcome was produced by Bumzu (who also composed 3 other tracks from the album), Park Gitae, Lee Kiyoung and Baekho. The member also co-composed VVith. Him and other members of the group including JR and Minhyun contributed to the lyrics of some of the songs.

The NU'EST album managed to reach the 5th position on the Gaon weekly chart. It sold 6,177 copies during February 2016, and ended the month as the 15th most purchased release in Korea. More than a year later in May 2017, after NU'EST appeared on the second season of Produce 101, Q Is re-entered the monthly Gaon chart at position number 30 (alongside the group's 6 other releases), selling 3,458 additional copies. It sold more than 18,544 copies that year alone.

The package of the physical edition of Q Is consists of a CD disk attached to the front cover, a photobook with very interesting pictures of all the members, and 1 photo card showcasing a random member or the whole group (6 options, 1 group plus 1 of each member).

Canvas Mini Album

Canvas is the fifth extended play of the group and the eight NU'EST album overall. It premiered on August 29, 2016 under Pledis Entertainment and consists of 5 tracks - Daybreak (performed by Minhyun and JR), R.L.T.L (Real Love True Love) (One Morning), Love Paint (Every Afternoon), Thank You (Evening by Evening) and Look (A Starlight Night).

NU'EST Canvas Mini Album Cover

Love Paint serves as the title song for this NU'EST album. It was composed and arranged by Bumzu and Royal Dive, with Baekho, Minhyun, JR, Ren and Aron providing the lyrics. The members co-wrote all the songs on the album while Minhyun helped with the arrangements of Thank You.

Canvas charted at the 3rd position on the Gaon weekly chart, behind only Up10tion's Summer Go! and Astro's Summer Vibes. It also peaked at number 12 on the Billboard's US World chart. It sold 4,143 copies during the whole August (reaching number 22 on the Gaon Monthly chart), and additional 2,216 units in September (number 32). The EP re-entered the monthly chart in May May of 2017 (at number 54) selling 1,574 copies. It sold more than 19,742 units that year.

The physical edition of NU'EST album comes in a different form than all other. All goods are contained inside a rectangular box. Inside the box you will find a CD disk and a photobook cards in a semi-transparent wrapper. There are no photo cards included with this album.

W, Here Mini Album

W, Here is the ninth of NU'EST albums and the first released by NU'EST W. The boys continued their promotions as a four-member group without Minhyun, who joined Wanna One after the second season of Produce 101 ended. W, Here had its premiere on October 10, 2017 under Pledis Entertainment and was distributed by CJ E&M.

The EP features 5 songs - My Beautiful, Where You At, Paradise (performed by Ren), Good Love (performed by Aron), With (performed by JR) and I Was Happy Until Now (performed by Baekho). The title song Where You At was produced by Baekho, Bumzu and Royal Dive, with JR serving as the co-writer. Baekho is also credited as the producer of the opening track (with JR as the lyricist) and Aron's solo. Ren helped with the lyrics of his solo, while Aron co-wrote his.

W, Here topped the weekly Gaon chart, and was the biggest best-seller of October with 287,862 copies sold. With the total sales of 308,108 units, it ranked as the 13th most purchased release of 2017. It was the biggest success out of any NU'EST albums to date.

For the first time a NU'EST album is available in more than 1 versions (not counting the special editions). You could choose either Still Life (light cover) or Portrait (dark cover) version. Both come with a CD disk chosen out of 4 variants, a 96 pages photobook, a special unit photo card added randomly out of 4 different sheets (available only in the first press copies of the EP), 1 folded poster showcasing a random member of NU'EST W (180 x 360 mm), and 1 photo card selected at random out of 8 options (2 per member). All photo cards measure 63 x 88 mm. The merchandise are distinctive to the version of the EP you will be getting except the special unit photo cards.

A special mini photobook is included with each copy of the album (different variants in both Still Life and Portrait versions).

Who, You Mini Album

The second of NU'EST W albums titled Who, You was released by Pledis on June 25, 2018. On the CD you will find 6 songs including Signal, the lead single Dejavu, Polaris, ylenoL, Gravity&Moon and Shadow. The album is entirely produced by Bumzu and Baekho, alongside other composers including Royal Dive, Anchor, and Park Kitae. JR co-wrote all the songs.

It reached number 9 on the US World chart, and was the second of NU'EST albums to top the weekly Gaon chart. It was the third best-selling Korean release in June 2018 with 153,131 copies sold. The first place belonged to Wanna One's 1÷x=1 (Undivided) and the second to Blackpink's Square Up. Who, You stayed at the 3rd position for another month, selling 92,530 additional copies in July. With 250,810 units sold it became the 18th most popular release of 2018.

NU'EST W Who, You Mini Album Cover

It was certified Platinum by Korea Music Content Association for more than 250,000 copies sold.

Who, You is available in 2 different versions - Who (light cover) and You (dark cover), both a hardcover photobook of a dimensions of 200 x 200 mm. The mini album consists of a CD disk randomly chosen out of 4 options (each showcasing a single member of NU'EST W), the photobook itself containing 96 pages, 1 random selfie photo card added out of 4 variants (88 x 63 mm), and 1 regular photo card chosen at random from a lot of 4 different sheets (55 x 85 mm). All goods are unique to the version of the album.

8 different posters were issued for this NU'EST album. All measure 420 x 594 mm.

Wake, N Mini Album

The third and final NU'EST W album titled Wake, N premiered on November 26, 2018. Stone Music Entertainment (previously known as CJ E&M) provided the distribution. It consists of 7 songs - L.I.E, Help Me, Wi-Fi (performed by Aron), I Hate You (performed by JR), You & I, Feels (performed by Baekho) and CD-only track, Dal Segno. Bumzu and Baekho were the main producers of the EP. Aron and JR contributed to the lyrics of their solos, while Ren co-wrote You & I.

It was the third of NU'EST albums to top the Gaon Weekly chart. It was the 4th most popular release of November with 157,073 copies sold. It was the 25th best-seller of 2018 (with 191,461 units sold), and the second NU'EST album on the list after Who, You.

NU'EST W Wake, N Mini Album Cover

The physical edition comes in the same size as the previous extended play of the group (200 x 200 mm), in 3 different versions - 1 (orange cover), 2 (black cover) and 3 (light grey cover), all with different textures on the cover. Inside the package you will find a CD disk selected randomly out of 4 variants, an 82 pages photobook, 1 special W card added out of 3 sheets (70 x 100 mm), and 1 random photo card added out of 4 options (55 x 85 mm). All items included with this release are different in all 3 versions except the W cards.

5 posters were available as a pre-order benefit (1 group and 4 individual member sheets). They measure 420 x 590 mm.

This was the first time when a NU'EST album was released in Kihno format. The Kihno edition is available - similarly to the regular edition - in 3 different versions. Each consists of the Kit (60 x 60 mm), 3 postcards (104 x 154 mm), and a set of 32 photo cards (74 x 105 mm). All goods are unique in all 3 versions.

This edition was manufactured by Kihno Inc., comes with a slip case and measures 110 x 157 mm.

Happily Ever After Mini Album

The sixth extended play of the group, the ninth EP overall, and the twelfth of NU'EST albums is titled Happily Ever After. It premiered on April 29, 2019, and features all 5 members after Minhyun concluded his activities with Wanna One. It was distributed by Stone Music Entertainment and Genie Music.

It's the final part of the "Knights searching for the Queen" series of albums, which started with Q Is and continued with Canvas.

NU'EST Happily Ever After Mini Album Cover

The EP consists of 7 tracks including Segno, the lead single Bet Bet, Bass, Talk About Love, Different, Fine and physical edition only track, Universe (performed by Minhyun). The title Bet Bet was composed by Bumzu, Baekho and Royal Dive, with JR serving as a co-writer. Bumzu and Baekho were the main producers of the album, and JR co-wrote all the songs except Universe. The Minhyun's solo was pre-released on April 3, 2019.

Happily Ever After debuted atop Gaon weekly chart and stayed there for 2 weeks, while the Kihno edition of the mini album reached number 5 on the chart. The EP also reached the 8th position on the Billboard's US World chart. It sold 161,843 copies in April, becoming the 6th most purchased release of the month, and the 2nd out of any boy groups after BTS's Map of the Soul: Persona. It eventually became the 23rd best-seller of the year selling a total number of 251,083 units.

KMCA certified the album as Platinum on December 12, 2019. It is the second of NU'EST albums after Who, You to receive this certification.

Happily Ever After is available in 4 different versions - 1 (red cover), 2 (green), 3 (blue) and 4 (light brown). All are in a hardcover photobook format and measure 157 x 212 mm. Inside the package you will find a CD disk chosen out of 5 variants (each showcasing a single member of NU'EST), a photobook with 88 pages of very interesting pictures, and 2 photo cards added at random from a lot of 10 sheets (2 per member). To complete the collection you would have to gather a total number of 40 sheets. The size of all cards is 55 x 86 mm.

An additional selection of goods were included in the first press copies of Happily Ever After - 1 random illustration postcard (5 options, 110 x 150 mm), 1 random sticker (4 options, 80 x 40 mm), 1 ending page paper chosen randomly out of 5 variants (80 x 120 mm).

6 different posters were prepared for this NU'EST album - 1 group and 6 individual member sheets. The group version measures 594 x 420 mm, while the size of all other is 420 x 594 mm.

The Kihno edition was also released. It is available in 4 different versions of a size of 110 x 156 mm. They consist of an Air Kit (60 x 60 mm), a set of 31 photo cards sized 74 x 105 mm, a 2 random postcards measuring 104 x 154 mm (6 options, 1 group and 1 per member), and credit & tracklist card.

The Table Mini Album

The Table is the seventh mini album of the group. It was released on October 21, 2019 by Pledis Entertainment.

On this NU'EST album you will find 6 songs - Call Me Back, Love Me, One Two Three, Trust Me, Stay Up All Night and If We, with Love Me serving as the title track. As usual, the album was produced by Bumzu and Baekho, with JR providing the lyrics for all songs except If We. The lead single was co-produced with Park Gi-tae and Nmore. Minhyun co-wrote One Two Three.

NU'EST The Table Mini Album Cover

The NU'EST album reached number 2 on the Gaon Weekly chart (behind only the first studio album of TXT titled The Dream Chapter: Magic). It was the third best-seller of October, after Super Junior's Time Slip and Monsta X's Follow: Find You, with 183,100 units sold. It ultimately sold a total number of 212,499 copies and became the 25th most popular album of 2019, joining Happily Ever After, which was placed at number 23.

The Table is available in 3 different versions - 1 / Forenoon (white and blue cover), 2 / Pieces of Pie (white and green), and 3 / On The Table (white and pink). All of them consist of a CD disk with plate featuring the same design as the cover, a photobook of a size of 170 x 230 mm (version 2 exclusively contains a random pages showcasing a single member of NU'EST), a first press only folded card with 4 pictures of a single member, added randomly out of 5 variants (150 x 105 mm), 1 lyrics poster (3 options, 594 x 420 mm), a first press AR photo card (5 options, 55 x 85 mm), and 2 photo cards added randomly from a lot of 50 variants (20 unit and 30 solo sheets, 6 per member), that are the same in all 3 versions of The Table. AR cards are the same in all versions. All cards measure 55 x 85 mm. To complete the whole collection you have to gather 55 different sheets.

Similarly to Happily Ever After, 6 posters were issued for this NU'EST album (1 group and 5 sheet per member of NU'EST). All measure 594 x 420 mm.

The Kihno edition of The Table comes in 1 version. Its dimensions are 100 x 134 x 36 mm. Inside the package you will find an Air Kit (60 x 60 x 13 mm), a postcard with a title & credit card (90 x 123 mm), and 24 photo cards with some exclusive photos (85 x 119 mm).

The Nocturne Mini Album

The eight mini album of NU'EST titled The Nocturne was released by Pledis Entertainment on May 11, 2020. It features 6 songs including Moon Dance, I'm in Trouble, Firework, Back to Me, Must and Shooting Star. The title song I'm in Trouble was composed by Bumzu and Baekho (the duo produced all tracks on the album except the opening song), and arranged by them alongside Anchor. The members including Minhyun, JR and Ren joined to write all of the songs.

The Nocturne topped the Gaon Weekly chart, and reached number 5 on the Japanese Oricon chart. It was the 5th best-selling KPop release in May 2020 with the sales reaching 191,366 copies. With a total number of 193,509 units sold it became the 46th most purchased album of the year.

NU'EST The Nocturne Mini Album Cover

There are 4 different versions of the physical edition of The Nocturne available - No.1, No.2, No.3, and No.4, all of them connect on the covers creating one big image. The dimensions of the album are 170 x 230 x 14 mm. Inside the package you will get a CD disk with the music, a folded lyrics poster (594 x 420 mm), and 2 photo cards randomly chosen from a lot of 62 different variants (22 unit, and 40 solo variants, 8 per member). The photo cards are of a regular size and measure 55 x 85 mm.

6 posters sized 594 x 420 mm are available as the pre-order benefit (1 group and 1 per each member of NU'EST).

The Nocturne is another of NU'EST albums available in Kihno format. It is composed of an Air Kit (60 x 60 x 13 mm), a group postcard and a title & credit card, both measuring (90 x 123 mm), and a set of 34 photo cards sized 85 x 119 mm.

Romanticize Studio Album

The second full-length album in the NU'EST discography is Romanticize released on April 19, 2021 under Pledis Entertainment. It was distributed by YG Plus. It is the second studio record of the group since Re:Birth. Dress, Inside Out, Don't Wanna Go, Black, the Korean version of Drive, Earphone (performed by Minhyun), Need It (performed by Baekho), Doom Doom (performed by JR), Rocket Rocket (performed by Ren), I'm Not (performed by Aron). All members contributed to the creation process of the songs.

A music video for the lead single Inside Out has also been released. The song gained 4 wins on the music shows.

NU'EST Romanticize Studio Album Cover

The album reached number 2 on the South Korean weekly Gaon chart and peaked at the 5th position on the Japanese Oricon chart. It sold 206,188 copies in April 2021 and was the 6th biggest-seller of the month. It eventually became the 54th most popular album of the year.

There are 6 versions of the physical edition. That includes the regular photobook edition available in 5 options - For Good (yellow cover), To Be Free (purple cover), This Moment (blue cover), After Glow (brown cover), New Romancer (green cover), and a single Kihno version composed of the Air Kit, a postcard with the title and credits, and a set of 26 exclusive photo cards of a size of 85 x 119 mm.

Needle & Bubble Compilation Album

Needle & Bubble is the first compilation album of the group and the last record before their disbandment. It premiered on March 15, 2022 under Pledis. YG Plus served as the distributor. On the CD you will find 10 previously released songs in newer or alternative versions. That includes the remastered editions of Hello, Overcome, Love Paint (Every Afternoon), Bet Bet, Love Me, Different, the alternative house version of Look (A Starlight Night), the urban version of I'm in Trouble, and Galaxy. Again was selected as the main track.

Needle & Bubble managed to reach number 6 on the Gaon chart. It was also the 14th biggest seller of March 2022 with a total sales of 80,308 units.

Physically the compilation album is available in 2 versions including the regular one and the Kihno edition.

NU'EST Romanticize Studio Album Cover

The normal edition comes in a form of a hardcover photobook and consists of a CD disk, the photobook itself composed of 100 pages full of pictures, 1 random postcard selected out of 5 variants, an 8 pages lyric book, 2 randomly chosen photo cards (12 options), and a bookmark with a message from a random member of NU'EST.

6 posters were manufactured for this release. That includes 5 individual and 1 group sheets, all of them of a size of 420 x 594 mm.

The Kihno version comes in a white box of a dimensions of 100 x 100 x 30 mm, and contains the Air Kit, 11 square photo cards in a set, and 1 randomly included selfie photo cards (out of 5 unique variants).

Top
