The group released 5 CIX albums so far, including 1 studio album and 4 extended plays. They came out under C9 Entertainment and were distributed by Warner Music Korea. The members debuted with their first mini album titled Hello Chapter 1: Hello, Stranger in July of 2019. It was the first installment into the Hello series of releases.

The debut extended play of CIX had its premiere under C9 Entertainment on July 23, 2019. It was distributed by Warner Music Korea. On the CD you will find 5 songs including What You Wanted, Movie Star, Like It That Way, Imagine and The One. Movie Star serves as the lead single. It was composed by Anthony Russo, Kaelyn Behr, Scott Quinn, MCMZ and Jay Kim, with the arrangements from Styalz Fuego. JQ, Lee Ji Hye and Choi Seo Eun wrote the lyrics.
To support the album's release, the members held a special showcase. It took place at the SK Handball Stadium of the Olympic Park in Seoul on July 24, 2019.
A special edition was released in Japan on October 23, 2019. It contains all tracks from the regular edition, alongside the Japanese version of Movie Star and a new song My New World. Another showcase - this time in Japan - titled Complete In X was held at the Line Cube Shibuya in Tokyo on November 10, with the additional one at the Zepp Namba hall on November 17.
The first of CIX albums reached the 2nd position on the Gaon Weekly chart during the 30th week (behind only What A Life of Sehun and Chanyeol of EXO). It also peaked at number 25 on the Japanese Oricon chart. It sold 43,408 copies in its first month of the release and was the 14th best-selling album of July in South Korea. It sold another 29,475 units and reached number 9 on the chart. With a total number of 73,790 copies sold it ended 2019 as the 75th most popular release of the year in South Korea.
The physical edition of Hello Chapter 1: Hello, Stranger is available in 2 different versions - Hello (red cover) and Stranger (blue cover). Both measure 162.5 x 199 x 26.5 mm and come with a slip cover. Each of the versions is composed of a CD disk with the music, a big photobook containing 84 pages full of pictures taken during the promotional photoshoot (148 x 185 x 7 mm), a 40 pages mini photobook (80 x 80 x 5 mm), a square illustration card (120 x 120 mm), and 3 photo cards chosen randomly out of 5 variants (55 x 85 mm). All merchandise available with the album are unique to the version you'll be getting except the illustration card.
2 different group posters were prepared for the first of CIX albums. They measure 420 x 594 mm.
The second mini album of CIX came out on November 19, 2019 under C9 Entertainment. Warner Music Korea was once again responsible for the distribution. It features 5 songs including Black Out, Numb, Rewind, Bystander and Maybe I. Numb was chosen as the lead single. It was composed by Kaelyn Behr, Anthony Pavel, MZMC and Jay Kim, and was arranged by Styalz Fuego.
The second of CIX albums reached number 4 on the Gaon Weekly chart during the week between November 17 and 23, 2019. It was the 2nd best-selling release of any KPop boy group after Astro and their album Blue Flame. It eventually became the 10th most purchased album of November with 43,655 units sold. A total number of 76,037 copies were sold in 2019, making the EP the 72nd most popular release of the year in Korea.
Physically, Hello Chapter 2: Hello, Strange Place comes in 2 different versions - Hello (blue cover) and Strange Place (red cover), both with a sleeve of a dimensions of 162.5 x 199 x 26.5 mm. Inside the package you will find a CD disk, an 84 pages photobook (148 x 185 x 8 mm), a scheduler (148 x 105 mm), an illustration card similar to that from the first of CIX albums (120 x 120 mm), a single group photo card, an individual photo card featuring a random member of CIX, and a student identity card with the information about a random member. All photo cards are of a regular size of 55 x 85 mm. All the goods included in the package are distinctive to the version of the album you will be purchasing except the scheduler.
Once again 2 different group posters were issued for the EP. Both are of a size of 420 x 594 mm.
The third extended play and the third of CIX albums overall was released by C9 on October 27, 2020. The premiere of Hello Chapter 3: Hello, Strange Time was originally scheduled for June 30, 2020, but it was postponed due to Jinyoung's ankle injury. The EP is composed of 5 songs - Move My Body, Jungle, Change Me, Switch It Up and Rebel, with Jungle serving as the title track. The composition of the song was made by Jackson Morgan, Mitchell Rose, Kaelyn Behr, MZMC and Jay Kim, with the arrangements by Styalz Fuego. Danke was credited as the lyricist.
The album reached the 6th position on the weekly Gaon chart. It was the 17th best-selling release of October in South Korea, with the sales equal 44,030 copies.
There are 2 different physical versions available - Hello (blue logo on the cover) and Strange Time (red logo on the cover). Both come with a sleeve and measure 162.5 x 199 x 26.5 mm. The package contains a CD disk with the music, a photobook with 84 pages of pictures (146 x 185 x 8 mm), a folded poster showcasing a random member of CIX (304 x 440 mm), a group postcard (182 x 128 mm), a sheet of stickers (128 x 182 mm), another illustration card (120 x 120 mm), a wappen badge (50 x 35 mm), a group photo card (85 x 55 mm), and a solo photo card sized 55 x 85 mm selected out of 10 variants (2 per each member of the group).

The fourth extended play titled Hello Chapter O: Hello, Strange Dream premiered on February 2, 2021 under C9. Chronologically it is the first installment into the Hello album series. On the CD there are 5 songs including Stairway to Heaven, Cinema, Round 2, Young and Everything. Cinema was chosen as the lead single, and was composed by Anthony Pavel, Mitchell Rose, Kaelyn Behr, MZMC and Jay Kim. The arrangements were made once again by Styalz Fuego.
The EP topped the Gaon Weekly chart and is the first of CIX albums to do that. It sold 50,182 copies during its premiere month and as a result was the 11th best-selling album of February in South Korea.
Similarly to all previous releases of CIX, Hello Chapter O: Hello, Strange Dream is available in 2 versions - Hello (red logo on the cover), and Strange Dream (blue logo). Both are of the same size as all the other - 162.5 x 199 x 26.5 mm. The package contains a CD disk, an 84 pages photobook (146 x 185 x 8 mm), a folded poster with a picture of a random member of CIX (308 x 450 mm), a square illustration card (120 x 120 mm), a single sheet of stickers (130 x 180 mm), a film photo featuring 2 group pictures (170 x 51 mm), a set of 5 polaroid photos (54 x 65 mm), a photo card selected randomly out of 10 variants measuring 55 x 85 mm (2 per member), and a plastic transparent photo card frame (55 x 85 mm). The illustration card is exactly the same in both versions of the album, and all other goods are the same.

The first studio album of the group titled OK Prologue: Be OK came out under C9 Entertainment on August 17, 2021. It is the first installment into the OK series of albums. On the CD you will find 10 songs including Bad Dream, Off My Mind, Wave, Lost, Genie in a Bottle, 20, Ice, In & Out, Confession and Here for You. Wave was selected as a main track.
OK Prologue: Be OK peaked at the 4th position on the Gaon Weekly chart. It also reached number 20 on the Japanese Oricon chart. A total number of 103,885 units were sold in August of 2021, positioning the full-length album on the 9th place on the best-sellers of the month list.

The photo cards create a large image when connected on the backs just like a typical jigsaw puzzle.
