On June 24, 2021, the look of the official Omega X light stick was revealed on the group's Twitter account. It was scheduled to be released on June 30, 2021. It was announced ahead of the members' debut on June 30 with their first extended play titled Vamos containing an eponymous lead single. What is more, it is the first time in history when a light stick was released on the same day as the debut.
The light stick is composed of a transparent dome inside which you can notice a three dimensional logo of the group, alongside a photo film featuring all 11 members. The film is removable and you can keep it separately, perhaps in your KPop photocard binder. The Omega X light stick is probably the only that kind of item that showcases the photos of the members of the group it was released for. The collectible was designed to be as much customizable as it's possible. The white handle has an on/off button in a shape of the logo of the group. It has a very ergonomic design so it will give you the confidence while holding it and cheering for your favorite group.
The Omega X light stick was designed to work in three different modes - on, blink and flicker. By default it produces the light in green color. Additionally it can be manipulated through a wireless control at a concert or other event. It can be connected via Bluetooth to a dedicated mobile app to pair it with your seat. It will allow the central control to create a beautiful visual effects. The official application for the Omega X light stick can be downloaded for all devices with Android (from Google Play) and with iOS (from App Store). Connecting it via Bluetooth is relatively straightforward. All you need to do is press the switch on button for 3 seconds to set it up. Then you should turn the Bluetooth function of your smartphone on, and put it close to the light stick to sync them together.
The app also allows you to change the intensity and color of the light, and check the battery status in case you should switch them to new.
The Omega X light stick is powered with 3 AAA alkaline batteries which you need to put in a special holder hidden inside the handle. All you have to do is unscrew the bottom part of the handle and place the batteries inside the holder.
It is advised to store the product in a room temperature and avoid high humidity, and not shine the LED light directly into the eyes.
The Omega X light stick measures 81 x 81 x 244.5 mm and is made of PC and ABS. It comes in a beautiful green box with the logo of Omega X printed in white on the front. Beside the light stick you will also get a white hand strap with the name of the group on one side, and their logo on the other. A small user manual is also included.
