There are several officially released BTS backpacks licensed by Big Hit Entertainment. Regardless if you need something for your school, university or as a cool fashion accessory (often along with a purse), a backpack is always a useful thing to have. And if you're looking for something cool, this article will help you with finding it. Throughout the years BTS has released many of them in a collaboration with various brands, or by themselves, licensing the merch to other companies. A good example is a series by Fila.
At the end of 2019 the group decided to stop endorsing Puma and moved to their next engagement with Fila. The members became the official ambassadors and models of the brand on October 1, 2019. They started promoting the merch of the brand in South Korea, Europe, Asia and South America.
Immediately after the collaboration started, the advertisements of several BTS backpacks showed up. There is a small number of interesting models to choose from - B-Force measuring 32 x 47 x 14 mm available in four versions: black, white, cream and gray, T-Pack - measuring 32 x 47 x 14.5 mm - with the logo of the brand on the front and available in either black, pink, navy and cream, and finally a more traditionally looking backpack S-Link sized 32 x 47 x 15 cm and available in 5 styles - black, navy, mint, cream and jet black.
On January 21, 2021 BTS began promoting a new collection titled Back to School under the slogan "Charging new confidence for new beginnings". The collection was composed of different designs of BTS backpacks and was advertised with promotional photos and videos.
Several new BTS backpacks were introduced. The first one is Force 21 made of a combination of Polyester and Nylon. Its dimensions are 32 x 51 x 16 cm and the capacity is 30 liters. You can immediately spot a logo of the brand on the front alongside the words "Biella Italia". You can get it in five different options - black, off white, navy blue and light gray. The second one was called Carbon. It features the logo of the brand alongside a word "Italia" across the front and measures 32 x 53 x 22 cm. There are tree distinctive styles you can get - black, off white and light gray. The third model of the BTS backpack was named Aegis and has a big front pocket opened and closed with a zipper. With the dimensions of 30 x 15 x 16 cm it is a little bit less ample than the previous one. Made of Nylon and Polyester comes either in black or cream variant. The next backpack, T-Pack 21, has a mesh front pocket, and can contain 23 liters. It is made of a special fabric which is advertised as durable, versatile and reliable. There are four different versions you can get - black, true beige, ink navy and light sand.
The next example of a BTS backpack showcases a familiar to any fan graphic designs. The items were included as part of a KPop merchandise collection inspired by the song MIC Drop. The collection was released officially on July 3, 2020 exclusively on a south Korean e-commerce website 11Street. Aside from the backpacks other items including pouches, wallets and laptop covers were also available.
Two different BTS backpacks were offered as part of the collection - basic version and a pattern version. The basic version has a distinctive prints at the top and at the bottom on the pocket. It is equipped with an USB connection and cable so you can charge your smartphone or other device. A small black strap is attached to the zipper of the pocket and features a sentence "How you dare?". The BTS backpack was manufactured in South Korea and is made of polyester and PVC. The dimensions of the product are 430 x 320 x 170 mm.
The second variant - pattern version - as the name suggests has an interesting pattern printed on the pocket instead of the graphic details. Instead of a black strap we have here a red one, this time with the words "how you think". An USB port is included, alongside a special black pouch designed to contain your Airpods. The BTS backpack measures 440 x 300 x 160 mm.
The two products would be a great addition to your KPop collection, especially if you are a big fan of BTS. And of course you can customize them with pins and other items.
Another example of an official BTS backpack is the one released as part of a collection of goods prepared for the group's online concert titled BTS Map of the Soul ON:E which was held over two days on October 10 and 11 of 2020.
Initially a world concert tour was planned and scheduled to include 39 performances all around the world but had to be eventually canceled. The members including J-Hope, Jin, Jimin, V, RM, Suga and Jungkook were supposed to give concerts during the four legs on three continents including Asia, North America and Europe. After the tour could not take place, a replacement event streamed online was held.
To satisfy the fans and keep up their spirits, a line of collectibles was released. It included a stylish BTS backpack but also other merch such as mini photo cards, postcard book, a set of posters, tumbler, bandana and a scarf.
The BTS backpack is black and features a simple design. You can spot some burgundy details including a square tag on the front pocket showcasing the logo of the event. It is made of Polyester and measures 350 x 410 x 445 m. The backpack also includes a D-shaped ring and a separate pouch for laptops. Inside the package you will also find 7 different photo cards, each with a picture of a single member of BTS. The photo cards measure 70 x 100 mm.
Additionally a very similar to the BTS backpack mini bag was also present in the ON:E collection. This adorable piece of merch will be perfect to hold your small belongings. Please notice that it has a single shoulder strap instead of two. It is made of a 100% Polyester and was manufactured in South Korea.
Some other official BTS backpacks which would be perfect for a casual wearing are also available. Two of them are available on an American website Hot Topic. The first one is pink and features an allover print design inspired by the song Boys With Luv. The bright color will be perfect for girls. The backpack is made of artificial leather, has an adjustable straps and a gold pendant on the front pocket zipper. Its dimensions are 9 1/2 x 5 x 10 inches. A matching mini wallet is also available in the store.
The second BTS backpack is a little bit different than the first one. It is black with red accents and features the TinyTan cartoon characters on the lower pocket. This basic backpack was inspired by MIC Drop. It has padded shoulder straps, an interior laptop sleeve and side pockets. The size of the item is 13 x 5 1/2 x 17 1/2 inches.
